Technologcal Benefits
- Leading edge technology
- High performance
- Produces a far superior product
- Strength gains up to 25 % higher than any other competitive product
- Ethical sustainable technology
- Improves the durability of concrete
We provide sustainable technologies that equally balance environmental and economic benefits for the production of cement replacements.
The technology over the last ten years, has been tried, tested and patented and can produce a flexible, high performance, sustainable cement substitute. Concrete made with Celtic cement technology's flexible system has higher strength, lower permeability and is more chemically stable than concrete made with ordinary Portland cement.
How is the technology different?
We have a completely new process that uses a patented industrial process and XRD and XRF analysis that enables the use of an innovative quality control system.
Flexible
Unlike any other process currently available our process can change the properties of the cementitous material to suit the needs of the end users e.g. reduce the heat of hydration in hot climatic conditions or increase the heat of hydration in harsh winter environments.
High performance
Because of the leading edge technology used such as X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis systems combined with Helos particle size analysis (PSA) monitoring our technology produces a far superior product with strength gains up to 25 % higher than any other competitive product that is currently available.
Sustainable technology
This is green technology truly reducing environmental damage by not using virgin materials, low energy inputs and local transportation, our technology leads to a truly sustainable ultra-low carbon cement process.
Technical Control on Cement Management
The technical performance and flexibility of this new technology is based on the industrial knowledge of its inventors. The technology has been developed and driven by industrial demand and is truly based on technical performance. The technology offers total reproducibility through quality management control, established through ten years of technical research and consistency in performance in concrete and mortar.

Patent Approval
August 2007
After fifteen years of detailed research and thorough testing the patent for our Celtic Cement Technology process was granted 29th August 2007, patent number GB2401104. The patent was applied for on 29th April 2003 and since that date we have been working on perfecting the process and applying it to a commercial scale enviromnent. Further testing on a diverse range of industrial waste materials has taken place in the meantime with fantastic cementatious properties being achieved.
